LPG for forklifts vs Diesel & Electric
Supply Options
Depending on your usage and storage space, we offer LPG in either bulk tanks or cylinders (or a mix of the two).
LPG cylinders
For those who don’t require a bulk supply, and where space is limited, we offer a full range of LPG cylinders.
Our 11kg and 18kg FLT cylinders are particularly popular options, providing up to 7.5 hours of operating time.
Compact and efficient, they’re easy to handle and can be changed easily in minutes. Keeping FLTs running smoothly, all our cylinders are fitted with magnets, to stop metallic debris from entering the fuel injection system, and pumps are protected by ‘Y-Strainer’ filters.
They also feature enhanced integrated safety systems to prevent any gas loss. Cylinders can be ordered simply online through My Account or our Online Shop.
Bulk LPG
For larger businesses where usage is higher, a bulk supply is the most convenient option.
We’ll install your tank (or tanks) on your premises, and then you’re free to refill your cylinders as and when you need.
This can be done quickly and easily, without having to remove heavy cylinders off the trucks. Not only does this reduce costly downtime, but it improves safety for employers too.
With a bulk supply, we’ll also remotely monitor your usage and keep you automatically topped up, so you never have to worry about ordering.
