Terms and Conditions for up to 20% Off Promotion

By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”):

   1. These T&Cs govern:
2. the 15% discount on the Superser H1800 Radiant, Superser HBF14 Blue Flame, Superser Mini Radiant and the Black Cat Catalytic portable heaters; and
3. the 20% discount on the Provence Living Flame (Black), Provence Living Flame (Golden Brown) and the Manhattan Living Flame portable heaters

together “the Promotion” offered by Flogas Britain Limited (“Flogas”).

1. These T&C’s apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions for website sales which apply to all products Flogas supply. In the event of a conflict between these T&C’s and our Terms and Conditions for website sales, our Terms and Conditions for website sales prevail.
   1. You acknowledge that the prices displayed on the website include the discount as part of the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery fees are not subject to the Promotion, and therefore, delivery fees will be charged at the usual rate.
   1. The Promotion is valid for orders placed between 18 November 2024 and 1 December 2024.
   1. The Promotion is solely available to UK Residents over the age of 18 and so, by participating in this promotion, you confirm that you are a UK resident and over the age of 18.
   1. The Promotion is subject to stock availability and only available whilst stocks last.
   1. Flogas reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice.
